I enjoyed the classes and the energy of the instructors but knocked off a star because of billing miscommunications, which I see was also an issue for another reviewer. I originally signed up for a monthly unlimited membership in September and satisfied the three month requirement. Q4 is a busy season for my work, coupled with travel plans and family visiting for an extended period of time. I knew a monthly membership wasnt going to work for my schedule. When I explained my situation and inquired options for a class pack versus my monthly unlimited, they signed me up for what I thought was an 8 class pack which I can use adhoc. I was wrong, and I was sold an 8 class per month package which required a 3 month minimum commitment & I discovered my error by the 3rd billing cycle. Looking back, the process at the studio to sign up displays the terms electronically on a touch screen and I was only directed to the pages where I had to sign. It was my error not reading through all of the fine print before signing until I was $400 paid up for three months of classes I didnt take. Definitely try out the classes, but Id caution to take the time to read through all of the terms before signing up to make sure its exactly what youre looking for.
