Darci changed my life! When I was looking for a trainer I was uncomfortable in my own skin. I knew I needed change and I needed help. I knew wanted a female trainer whos style wasn't militant, but that was it. I stumbled across GOALS by Darci and gave it a shot. After the first session I had struck good. I knew I found my trainer. She never made me feel judged. She encoded me to push myself, for myself. Her knowledge and passion for fitness and nutrition is apparent with every single workout. Her gentle but firm approach really works. She will push you to get the best results. She will always take the time to explain the why behind the exercises. She has the know how to get you exactly where you need/want to go. You just have to take the first step of reaching out! It'll be the best choice you ever made.
