Dr. Morgan is very knowledgeable, experienced and thorough. I previously went to another ENT who performed an unnecessary procedure and still didn't know what my issue was. I trust Dr. Morgan's expertise and can rely on his diagnosis.

I beg to differ from these high ratings. In my experience I did not like the first visit I went to him for . However, I gave him another visit and it was the same. I do not feel heard and listened to. I feel rushed and did not get an answer for my issue . I would go back to this location but ask for another doctor. On a good note the assistants and front desk are nice and the wait time was minimal.

I got to the office at 1:05. The office door was locked and the lights were out. Note on the door says returning at 1:15. someone arrived about 1:35 to let me in about 10 other people who were now waiting in line to get in. They said they were short staffed, which was understandable if they were short staffed. When I was called back to room about 145 and was told about 1:55 that the doctor was running behind and over at the hospital. He was an hour late to my appointment. Left there at 2:55. Not a good day for the office that day.
