I found Koala Kolache at Memorial Hermann (TMC) and the food is simply amazing! V is awesome and has become one of my favorite people at the hospital! Me and my girlfriend get her kolaches at least 3 times a week. We are planning to visit the store front soon! I cannot recommend Koala Kolache enough!

This bakery offers a range of gluten-free options. Having followed a gluten-free diet for two years, I find their cinnamon rolls and ham and cheese rolls to be quite good. The sausage and cheese roll, in particular, stands out; the gluten-free bread it's wrapped in is pleasantly sweet and lacks the grainy texture common to many gluten-free breads. The bakery's gluten-free selections are commendably tasty. The person who served me took hygiene seriously, washing her hands and putting on a clean pair of gloves before handling the food. However, the prices are a bit steep: $7.99 for each gluten-free cinnamon roll and $5.99 for each sausage and cheese or ham and cheese roll. I ended up buying two cinnamon rolls and three of each of the other rolls. Please note this shop is take away only! Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free
