Sharon, her yoga teachers, and HYA peers, make up the friendliest community. Everyone from all walks of Earth is welcomed and embraced. Each day I walk in, I immediately feel safe and comforted. The yoga classes are transformative, and truly help your entire body, mind, and spirit. Each class is delivered differently with unique and intentional teaching and practice. There is so much offered here and so much to learn. Thank you for making a positive impact and reminding us to love ourselves.

As I turned 70 this year, put some thought into how I wanted to allocate my time going forward and decided to trade my tennis racquet for a yoga mat. Finding this ashram and the wonderful teachers here has been an amazing 70th birthday gift. I love the ambiance and energy of the facility as well. Ive been given a warm welcome and a gentle, caring introduction to the practice of yoga. It is not a new form of exerciseit is a new way of learning, healing and being. So very grateful.
