Smoothie King

Slow to very slow! Not enough employees working at this location much of the time, poor management or something, also out of ingredients often too. This is a recurring problem. Smoothie King Corporation needs to review whats going on here at this store before the reputation and brand damage locally is unrecoverable.

Waited 45 mins to get to window. Get to window and it takes another 10 mins for someone to take my order. I order a smoothie bowl for them to tell me they dont have any ingredients for it. Like why wouldnt you put a sign on the menu or something so that people dont waste their time! I literally waited almost an hour to leave empty handed. This was horrible.

Employees blast music so loud they cant hear you order.. not to mention.. music that has cuss words..

Customer service here is horrible. Everyone is rude. Once they turned off all the lights to appear as if they were already closed before their closing time. We sat at the drive-through for a while until they realized we weren't leaving. I really hope management gets some new employees that are more mature and friendly.

Service sucks!!! They are slow and inconsiderate. Half the workers are lazy as well
