They have horrible communication skills. Everytime I call it sounds like they do not want to be there. You call to inquire about something and they process it. Inquiring and actually going through with it is very different. This causes me to call back and remove whatever they decided to add on and bill my account. I strictly do everything online for that reason, to avoid having to speak with someone I. That office who doesnt enjoy being there and does not understand.
