        Second time with very bad outcome. After a kind complaint they said: please next time specify you dont want someone practicing on your head!. Whaaaat?? Nobody wants to pay for a professional service that includes unsupervised training on it. I had to remove almost all my hair. They made a full discount and asked me to pay for the tip. I wanted to pay for a great service and definitely I didnt wanted to give any tip. At the and, because I dont want anything for free, what I paid was a tip, which I hated. There is not customer service, all feedback on their system are blocked (for a reason). Never Go to this place!!!
