F45 Training Bridgeland

I did the trial and joined the same day! I am loving how fast paced and upbeat this gym is. Everyone is so friendly and motivates me to push myself further than I have ever before. This is my first time joining a gym! With the workouts changing every day it makes it fun and when I get to class the 45 minutes goes by so fast! Never knew working out could be so fun!

I will try to keep this short but this place is really amazing in every way. I'm a very active person who likes to mountain bike, surf, basketball, ect. I also previously had an LA Fitness membership for 10 years prior to finding F45. I had a pretty significant shoulder injury from a mountain bike accident in early 2021 and I wasn't even working out at the time. I started F45 and with help from all the guys at F45 Justin, Viki, Cathy, Heather and many others that work there my shoulder became stronger within 1 months time. This was over a year ago. I still am going 4 days a week and loving it. F45 has been amazing and can change your life! Not kidding! Give it a try.

I have done everything from being in the infantry in the military to powerlifting and F45 is one of the best workout programs I have found so far! I highly recommend it!

Great place to workout! Entire staff is always motivating and welcoming. Wonderful variety of workouts so you dont have to worry about things getting boring or repetitive.
