        The gym is clean and the set up is top knotch. There are different stations everyday so you never get bored and you train different muscle groups. You transition to different stations to complete high intensity workouts. This ensures you wont get bored and before you decide to give up the time has lapsed and the workout changes. I saw a sense of community and a group working together for a common goal which is to be HEALTHY. There are modifications to the workouts if needed. I had to opportunity to work with Libby and Eugene both were very informative and helpful. I am so pleased Cypress has this gem(jewel) in the city.

        Just recently joined and love it so far! The workout is extremely efficient, and the staff and coach are very nice and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend!
