I had such a great experience! I showed up about 10 mins early to my appt and waited maybe 10 mins after I checked in to get called back. The entire staff was welcoming and really nice. Dr Jaswani and her team listened to my concerns and didnt brush me off. I did wait a while for this appointment and I guess thats my only complaint, the scheduling dept needs to do a better job of fielding calls. When someone is saying theyre having abnormal symptoms they shouldnt have to wait 6 months for an appointment but that doesnt necessarily reflect on Dr Jaswani. Despite that, during my appt she took notes, asked me questions and she immediately got to work scheduling blood work, imaging and procedure. I will have a procedure with her in about 3 wks and Im going into it less scared bc of the good experience I had in office. Def recommend!
