        Our home experienced water damage from defected hot water tank. We were referred to Keystone by the Restoration contractor. I worked with Charmaine to select the products for restoring bathrooms, floors and fireplace. She was very patient and accommodating and provided design expertise. The entire crew who were responsible for installing wood flooring, tiling bathrooms and fireplace did a great job and were very professional. I highly recommend this company.

        Had carpet installed and they only used a knee knocker and after a few years it started getting bumps in it. Called to have them come and stretch it and they said "sure" but never showed up and then could not find my file. After a full house of carpet and 10k later they just lost my file. Beware. Good sales but poor instalation.
