Pure Ignorance! Placed an online order as they are running an online special if you spend more than 10.00, you get 6 wings free with that being said my daughter forgot to add the wings so immediately after she placed the order we called the restaurant directly and the ignorant staff member said you have to place an online order to receive the special. We explained the order was placed online, she put us on hold, then another ignorant idiot comes to phone to read us the online order and says the special is only if you order online! Now, how stupid is that? The order was $44.00 therefore more than 10.00! This is pure ignorance!

We spent a lot of money at Popeye's - many different locations in the area. This is the THIRD time at this store that we have complained and/or thrown the food away. When you order spicy, you get regular because that's what they have prepared....the last time we went, the chicken was SO old and dry and yet completely greasy to the point we could see the grease pool on the bottom of the box. How does that even happen - both DRY and GREASY all at once? The biscuits - which Popeye's has always had the best biscuits around - were so hard they were inedible. When I tried to call to talk to the manager repeatedly, no one answered....when I went up to the store and complained they told me to complete a survey on my receipt and they'd replace my order. When we went to get our order replaced, I was told it was only 2 pieces of chicken - when I explained what we had been told was going to happen, the girl just shrugged her shoulders and started joking around with the employees working the drive through. This is so sad - Popeye's has always been our go-to for fried chicken but no longer going back....three strikes!
