In a very difficult situation, both Lisa and Natalie were truly beacons of light for me. I felt supported which is what I needed more than anything at that time. It was great to have someone fighting for my best interest. Knowing I could get a quick answer from Natalie if something urgent came up, or having Lisa spend the extra time with me due to mediation running longer than expected. They helped me make the best out of a horrible situation.

"After a 20-year marriage, I found myself in need of legal assistance for my divorce and to update my will. I hired Lawyer Lisa Thiele hopeful for support through this challenging time. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, particularly with the assistant, Nathalie. From the onset, Nathalie demonstrated a lack of professionalism. Her responses to my calls and inquiries were not just delayed but often imbued with an unwelcoming attitude. It's disheartening when you're navigating through such a personal upheaval to encounter someone who makes the process even more stressful. Her communication style was brusque, and at times, she threatened to increase charges for additional information regarding my divorce and will matters. As for the lawyer, there isn't much to say. The service was average and didn't notably alleviate the complexities of my situation. While I understand that legal processes are inherently stressful, a more empathetic and responsive approach from the law firm's staff could have significantly eased this journey. I had hoped for a partnership that would guide me with patience and understanding. Instead, I was left feeling undervalued as a client. For others seeking legal assistance in personal matters such as divorce or will preparation, I recommend looking for a firm that prioritizes client care and transparent communication." ---As for the Will document it took a long time for Nathalie to put it all together it was a nightmare. Lisa Thiele is a Divorce lawyer, however the office gets run by her assistant Natalie which is a very rude person, does not returns calls doesn't listen or follow directions of her clients it's very upsetting not to get a call back when you need information regarding a divorcerocedure.

I had a wonderful experience with Thiele law firm from start to finish. I had attempted twice to complete my divorce on my own and after that didnt work i paid one of the online cheap divorce services that was a stressful nightmare! Initially Lisa just called me to answer a legal question that the online service couldnt answer. She instantly knew how to solve my issue! She was so knowledgeable, kind. Decided to trust her to finish my divorce. She made it soooo easy which was especially appreciated after years of failing to complete my divorce. After hiring her i was divorced in no time! Great customer service, very professional, kind, knowledgeable and best of all just made this a quick and painless process. Thank you so much!
