      image This is our go to place for keto cookies. Today I ordered my mom a crme brle bazookie for her birthday. Once it arrived it was not crme brle. I called to asked the store if it was still a keto cookie to make sure before giving it to someone and the 2 girls working just thought it was funny. Didnt apologize and just said let DoorDash know they will refund you. Hadnt experienced this at this location before. Their cookies are amazing just was disappointed in the way the employees thought it was funny.

      After speaking with the staff about the girl who answered the phone, she laughs when she gets anxious and doesn’t know what to do. Not making excuses just wanted you to know she wasn’t laughing at you but was just extremely anxious about messing up your order. They felt terrible about what happened. Thanks again for letting us know so we can work with our staff to improve.

      image Their cookies are great and a really friendly staff! At night, their parking lot is DARK and slightly scary, but only cuz it's on the back of the property.
