My first encounter with 1st Beard Services was a desperate "Hail Mary!" of a call. Wesley was prompt in arriving for our appointment yesterday. He was attentive to all aspects of our water heater issue (as well as a secondary issue in the master bath), and he was very kind in explaining repair procedure options. He completed all repairs well & cleaned up his workspace completely - leaving my garage even better than when he had started the job! He & his wife are an incredible team of energy, respectfulness & skill - you won't be disappointed in choosing their company!

Awesome guy came in and replaced a light switch and installed a dishwasher for us. Very nice and will definitely use them again.

We had this company sent out through our rental property..this man they sent came in my home, looked at the problem then went outside to make a phone call to his boss about the issue...or so I thought. 10-12 minutes pass, he doesnt come back in so my boyfriend and I go outside to check on him and he left. No warning, no communication, just left. We both were so confused so we go back inside to call the phone lady (which sounds like she smokes 3 packs a day for 50 years), she answers, I tell her, her man just left w no warning. She then replies and says they didnt have a hose big enough to fix the clog our kitchen sink, and that he didnt want to get a contact high and that they drug test...we dont even smoke. We are a young couple with a beautiful and colorful house. I believe we were discriminated against and they just didnt have the supplies to fix our issue so they just came up with something to get them out of our house. If I would of known this company was ran out of their home and not a formal business, I would have never had them in my home. This explains the lack of professionalism..just go to a real plumber.
