        Not to long ago , my bf and I went inside to check it out if they have new season inventory Merchandise. Anyway I couldn't find anything for women side since they didn't have enough merchandise out for women there may b few or less I was hoping looking for more new merchandise. So my bf had help out with this lady . He grab two button down shirt and try on they both different price. He ask one of the guy front register. Why this white button shirt was 10 % price than other regular half price. Of course I didn't get his name but he was rude to his respond " WHAT DO YOU MEAN? My bf response was asking the difference price? He didn't tell us why ? The manager or store manager need to train your employees how to talk with customers and know all of your merchandise of the difference price . And explain details to customer they don't know that why price is different??? You're working high end retail need to learn how to talk and respond manner with customers when they asking question.
