Pei Wei Asian Kitchen

HUGE improvement!! Laurie, the general manager has made Pei Wei great again. She genuinely cares about this restaurant succeeding. Their menu has dramatically improved (try the chicken pad thai!) and it is one of our favorites again. 5 stars!

Meal was great, perfect infact. Staff was just so so. Atmosphere was good, but just typical sit down fast food Update: 4/7/2024. Visited for take out Sunday evening with very few dinners. Apparently the staff had a significant call off and manager Lori was working in back side to keep the orders going. The front side didn't communicate well, the primary cashier was moved to a wok, it got hairy. The meal was 20 minutes late and several items were not the usual quality nor correct for deletions and additions. But a phone call to a very harried, and stressed, due to the issues. But, she was courteous, helpful, and made our situation better. We appreciate Lori and the effort she put into, including a follow up phone call the next day, making our faith in Pei Wei whole again.
