Working with Texas Floors was a great experience! Our sales rep, Wayne was very professional and informative. We replaced our upstairs carpet including the stairs. Installation went smoothly. Love the way everything turned out. Looks amazing!!!

Texas Floors did a great job with our flooring and tub surround tile. Jason and staff were friendly and made the whole process go smoothly. I will definitely go with them for future work.

Texas Floors just finished Installing 1700 sq/ft of porcelain tile and we could not be more pleased with the results. Dealing with Ryan, one of the owners, was a pleasure and Martin and his installation crew were the hardest working most skilled professionals I have ever worked with.

TX Floors was absolutely the right choice. From the sales team who helped me decide on the best option for my budget & overall design to Mr. Kim who did an outstanding job with installation, it was a great experience. I would highly recommend their services!

My tile floors look lovely but there were hitches along the way. I told two people I spoke with I was having overnight guests an had a deadline for installation and was assured all would be done in time. A few days before the established install date I received a call saying installation would be delayed or they could send a less experienced installer. I opted to wait after being assured my floors would be finished in time. Floors were completed but what they didnt tell me was I couldnt walk on them for two days, which also meant no one was around to move furniture back in the room as promised. My house guests had to stay in a hotel (very disappointing for my grandchildren) and I had to hire someone to help move heavy furniture. In all I spoke with three people at Texas floors. I specifically told them I didnt want the typically used transition strips used between rooms. Each one, except the installer told me to tell the next person. I told the installer when he was installing I didnt want what was typically used he didnt say anything, I assumed we would discuss options before completion. When I next looked at the floors the undesirable strips were installed and the installer just shrugged his shoulders. This is a big deal for me! I need transition pieces that accommodate wheelchairs/walkers. When I spoke to Wayne, our salesman he said he would speak to the installer and I never heard from anyone again. When I initially went to the store I asked to pick the grout I wanted. I was told the salesman would bring it when he came to measure. He didnt. When I received the estimate I saw he had chose a color himself. I called Wayne and he tried to convince me it was a good match. In the end I had to drive to the store again to pick out the grout I wanted. As usual a little more tile was ordered than was needed. I expected this,, but I have 5+ boxes of tile left. I feel this was an over sell and probably a bit dishonest on the stores part. What I was happy with: everyone I encountered was polite. The installers were very respectful and cleaned up great. With the exception of the transition pieces the floors are wonderful
