I went there as a model and I received exceptional service. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Crystal was my technician and she was sweet and patient. I don't live close by and I was a bit worried for my first time, but everything came out great! Thank you girls!! Thank you Crystal!! My friends even noticed!

I came in for the first time and it was amazing. I was so scared that it would cause irritation to my eyes because I have sensitive skin. They did a blotch test or a patch test, I don't quite remember the name but they put the glue on my arm to se if I would have a reaction and then used the sensitive glue on me. My lashes are amazing and I love it. I can't wait to come back for my brow lamination. The front desk girl Tiffany was so sweet and booked me with ease. I have gone to other studios before with the same brand and they were horrible but this one definitely will be receiving my business. Service: Eyelash extensions

the worst eyelashes i have ever received. they were falling out daily. i called and spoke with michelle first off she called me a liar and claimed i was mad because i wanted something for free?! i just wanted my lashes fixed that were messed up! why should i have to pay when they messed them up?! this is my 3rd month with the membership and ive had so many issues its unreal. i am canceling today and i dont think anyone should use this company they have awful customer service and you end up paying over $100 for lash extensions. especially this location. do not use this location awful management.
