Rodney and his team were patient and very detailed while explaining what was wrong with the car and what were the most important things to repair. They gave us time to go through the quote and provided alternatives for us to make an informed decision. They followed up after the service and that was really nice. This year has been a crazy one already. So when I realized I was up for a car inspection and registration, especially knowing I had a dreaded check engine light on, I was less than excited. Discussing this at work, a coworker of mine told me that I should try out Adams Automotive. I was hesitant at first as I have had many negative experiences with auto services. I decided I would go by Oreilly Auto Parts first to get my check engine light diagnosed then I would give Adams a call and get a quote for how much it would be to fix it. After getting the diagnosis print out, I reluctantly called Adams not knowing what to expect. I was met by a friendly voice by the name of Rodney on the other end of the phone. He was kind and excited to help. I explained to him that I had already gotten a diagnosis and did not want to waste my time anywhere, I just wanted a straight forward reasonable quote to get it fixed. Rodney chuckled and said Im going to do this for you Bring it in, I will run free diagnosis on the check engine light and I will do your state inspection for free. Flabbergasted I let him know I had a meeting the following morning and would not be able to make it, he asked where I would be working and immediately set up plans to come and pick my vehicle up. The following morning sure enough to smiling faces showed up at my meeting and there I was introduced to Kenneth. Enthusiastic and eager to help Kenneth let me know my car would be in good hands. A few hours into the day I received a phone call from Adams letting me know that they were getting ready to finish up. They said that the previous person to do work on my car left something unplugged and they simply plugged it back in for me. They then let me know that they had ordered some gaskets and once they arrived I would be ready to pick up my car. I exclaimed in gratitude as I expected this to be a long drawn out process. I then asked how much money the gaskets being replaced would run me financially. They let me know that they were taking care of it all and appreciated the opportunity to help. I picked up my car and was able to shake the hands of those who had taken such good care of me over the past day. This experience from start to finish was the best experience I have ever had as a young adult. As a 28 yo female I have had my fair share of auto shops trying to take advantage and at Adams I felt as if I was valued and in great hands that I could trust. I will forever be an Adams customer and I can happily say that I look forward to using them in the future for any needs I may have. Thank you Rodney and Kenneth for making something easy for once and spreading joy, kindness and care. Please continue to share integrity and pure care within our wonderful community.
