Service Street - Cypress

I came in this morning, pulling off the road with a vehicle emergency, and not only were the staff understanding, calm, and patient, but they fixed my car and got me back on the road in about 5 mins total. Absolutely saved me as I was on my way to the airport and they made sure I got there okay. I am so grateful to them and their ability to quickly and kindly help me.

This automotive service shop used to be called drivers auto repair. They have always seem to have friendly, upfront staff, kind of hard to say on their technicians.

Although wait was longer than anticipated everyone was incredibly kind and apologetic as my situation pointed to more needing repairs than 1st realized and they're very thorough

I would give a five star but Martha, the service desk attendant was not not not so good. It took 45min just to write up a ticket for an oil change which should have taken less than ten, and the ticket was still wrong. Manager and Service Manager stepped in and did a great job in making sure I was taken care of. She was not knowledgeable about cars what so ever, when asked to call management to assist, she never took the time to do so. My plans were cancelled because failure to own up to asking for assistance when needed. Im usually in and out which in a 20 min time frame for an oil change. She needs serious coaching and also needs to learn SOMETHING about cars.
