AutoZone Auto Parts

They have cost me four days of lost time on my truck and multiple trips to the store. They gave me the U joints for my front axle. Got in my car and looked in the box. No C-clips, so they were returned. Order the U joints and waited a day. The ones that came in were wrong. So I ordered them on Amazon and go the right ones the first time. Next was the front Diff gasket. Went there to get it, and they didnt have it. So it was ordered. Showered up the next day and I noticed the case said it was for the rear and I ordered the front. I just got my money back and ordered it from Amazon. Crazy how many trips and days I have spent waiting on them. Save yourself the trouble and just order what you need on Amazon.

I've switched to using O'Reilly for help and buying parts I called about warranty parts and was on hold for 15min, then the guy helping was rude and seemed to be distracted by other conversation. I have been in store myself and have waited for the counter guys to help people on the phone so ,not sure I understand what their policy is. Just done.

TRENT was AWESOME today!!!!! Helped me tremendously!!!! He deserves a RAISE!!! Also, on another occassion, Marshal D. was a FANTASTIC help to us! BOTH are like the Yoda of help!!!! BOTH deserves a raise! Thank you SO MUCH AutoZone! You are AWESOME!!!!
