        The staff is not so great. I waited a half hour with a baby in my arms. 4 of em just standing around while they literally did nothing. Finally, they were like oh...do you need anything?" I dropped my gun off to get fixed. Prices are good, especially the per hour rate. Unfortunately, there was some mix-up with the info they took down as far as what needed to be installed. So, instead of two weeks, it will be at least 3. It's not a huge deal. It was just a bummer when you got your little girl all hyped up to play. At the end of all this, though. I also sold the wrong parts, battery, and magazine adapter for a drum magazine.

        Purchased 6 M203 grenade shells and two c02 chargers. One grenade shell arrived without a valve gasket and the gauges on the c02 shells were not functional. When I inquired about this and requested they send a replacement valve gasket, they wanted me to ship it back instead of just sending me a $.30 gasket. I didnt even ask them to replace the c02 chargers, just let me know what size grub screw to replace the gauges with. They said they would forward me to their tech team instead, and I never heard from them. Be aware they will sell you what you order but if theres something wrong with it youll spend a week shipping it back, two weeks waiting and another week for them to ship it back to you if they ever even respond. They left me hanging without a response. For a company who deals in airsoft you figure they would understand players dont have a month to wait for a solution. There are plenty of other retailers out there and I have experienced phenomenally better customer service other places. Most want to make it right, evike wants to do as little as possible if anything at all. I left the ball in their court and they didnt even bother catching it let alone throwing it back.
