For the most part the nurses are great when providing care. However. The administration is awful!!!!!!! I have tried for several days to ask questions regarding my mothers care and how I requested to take her out for a visit and they have not returned my calls. This is extremely frustrating if they are taking her money for her being there the least you could do is return a phone call. I wish I had a corporate number to reach out to this is unacceptable for it to be a nursing facility.

I needed long term care for my father last year. I read reviews, state ratings and did a lot of tours. I chose Crowley N&R and I am so glad I did. My father was only there about 90 days before he died but he received very good care. Lillian and Rhonda were very helpful with admission and billing. The nurses and aides were attentive to my Dad and to me when I visited. I offer special thanks to Carolyn, Josiah, Demeka, Renee, and Sonny among others. Deleta was wonderful and so dedicated and caring. Joe plans great activities and is obviously much loved, and Joel helped me get Dad's TV set up. Dad's room and clothes were kept clean as was his person. More than anything i was glad to see the same staff there each day without the agency staffing or high turnover of other places. Their dedication to patients really helped us to adjust to this move for my Dad and to add quality to his last weeks. I didn't think I would rate any facility with 5 star rating but I think they earned it.

Some people should be more considerate in parking so that others who are visiting their loved ones can park as well. Very limited parking spaces.
