I enjoyed Dr. Christina Applegate. She seems knowledgeable. The scheduling has much to be desired. Theyre not aware of where the doctor is and where I should be scheduled. Count on wasting hours of time.

As a new patient with an appointment this place had me sitting for an hour with no update. I was there for a referral for an ear exam. They didnt give me any updates as I sat patiently. When I finally inquired they couldnt give me a time on when they would call me back. Let me mention when I came in it was only 2 people waiting. When I left it was 1. Will not be back.

I went there and to the 2 other locations over the course of about 3 to 3 1/2 years and constantly told them my symptoms which were severe fatigue overnight, severe insomnia, extreme dizziness during physical activity, coughing and getting dizzy that turns into extreme gagging and then I'm in a daze for at least 30 minutes and barely responsive. He and the nurse practitioners if I saw them kept doing H Pylori tests EKG's and sending me to GI doctors several times and many ultrasounds of my thyroid and pushed sleep apnea so hard and I had 3 machines and it solved nothing. I eventually had to change Doctors and the new doctor some random technician did something that wasn't on the order an echogram of my heart which was never ever done before, and my ejection fraction came back as 40% and I had it verified at JPS and also Huguely. I was put on propranolol, and it wasn't helping or increasing my ejection fraction so now I'm on that and Entresto for heart failure. I also got my testosterone checked another thing I don't believe he or they even once considered or looked at. I brought it up once and he said it was low but never was able to give me a specific number or printed out paper that shows how low it is and I went to a blood center and had mine tested and its 221 which is pretty low for a 29-year-old early in the morning. Now I have to go get injections or pellets and this could have saved years if they just did different tests and referrals instead of just sleep apnea GI doctors and ultrasounds of my thyroid and prescribing me over 10 different nausea medications and some motion sickness medications. My lives in jeopardy and I was extremely detailed in telling them my symptoms. Also would refer me to only certain places even if they didn't accept my insurance only to have to wait until next month to bring up a place I already called that accepts my insurance and is accepting new patients and tried calling the referral coordinator and for months could not get ahold of them or them to do a referral to a specific place which requires you to download their referral form and fax it to them. It was the only place in a 60-mile radius I could find that accepted my insurance and called over 40 places. Front desk also rarely answers the phones and if so you're on hold forever and most of the extensions go to voicemail and leave a message and won't hear back in days

Christina is amazing. I have never had a NP that I felt I should continually go back to until I found her. She is the most kind, non-judgmental NP I have seen. Ive been seeing her for a while now at the recommendation of my insurance company. I highly recommend her and her team! Theyre amazing!
