        Very disappointed in the service my granddaughter received today. I watched 6 cars be serviced through the drive they, 4 people that came after her be served inside? I called to complain and conveniently the shift supervisor hangs up in my face, called back and she rudely gives me the area supervisor Mr. Melvin Browns phone number, I called him and he was somewhat apologetic. My granddaughter looks forward to getting Starbucks on Friday mornings, how disappointed she was today. Ms. Shift Supervisor all was needed was a simple Im sorry for the wait! Thats what customer service is all about! $9.84 may not be much to Starbucks but it was her allowance!
