UPDATE AGAIN: Theres literally no parking already and they took 4 of them for registered guest parking. As if trying to find a park as a leasee isnt already enough hassle. Oh yeah, and theyre not very responsive but beet accusatory. The living is still mostly good but operations arent so much. UPDATE: Still a very peaceful atmosphere. Maintenance still super quick. Leasing office has gotten way better with communication. The only complain I have is the very limited parking. It works right now but as they fill units, there wont any parks. Theres 54 units on each side but the leasing side barely has 30 parks. Id love to see them use some of the vacant lot next door for parking or assign each unit their own parking spot. Oh, and stuff kept getting stolen before I put up my ring light. Other than that - I love being able to call this place home. PROS: I recently moved in here and I love look and area. The open skies over the apartments are a beautiful and peaceful sight at sundown/night. It's very naturally peaceful. The pool is beautiful. The approval process was pretty quick. Maintenance is prompt and the units are pretty well insulated (no concerns of noise from other units). They host community events and recently raffled off 70in TVs. Matt is pretty courteous and helpful (in-person). The gym has 24 hour access. They have valet trash. CONS: Management is not very responsive. I work a busy schedule and the only way to get a response is when I sacrifice my break to come home and stop in. Also, parking is extremely limited. There's probably 54 units on each side of the complex and only 20 free parking spots and 10 reserved parking spots. I absolutely think they need to invest in some more of the lot next door for additional parking, and cover the reserved parking. Also, I keep incurring this same incorrect charge that they have yet to remove. I haven't lived here that long but genuinely like coming home to this place and I am hopeful that my concern of communication will get better.

My wife and I were one of the first few residents to move into the complex in Oct 2022.Everything had started off well until management changed and the place went downhill. To start off the first day we moved in our water coming out of the faucet smelled rancid like rotten egg. We were instructed to leave our water on to empty the water heater. This solved our issue but this let me know the unit was not properly prepared for our arrival. Our second problem we came across was the pest control. Several crawlers were in my apartment daily so much for the "pest control fee" we pay every month. During the warmer months we had an infestation of ants in our apartment. I sprayed raid daily on my base boards and outside my unit to keep them out! Third problem would be the drainage pipe leaking every time it rained outside. I made a maintenance report and it seems like they came in to tighten when I was away but not tight enough. It continued to leak and eventually deteriorated the wall underneath it. Our next problem was the giant hole they cut in our kitchen wall! They cut the wall to install a water meter but never came back to replace the sheet rock! HOW CAN YOU FORGET YOU CUT A GIANT HOLE IN SOMEBODY'S WALL! Lastly we lived on the first floor and the walls are paper thin. We could hear everything from the unit above us what tv show they were watching, what music they were listening to I mean EVERYTHING! These units were rushed to complete and it's a shame because the area is nice but I would not recommend this complex to anyone. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere simple as that.
