Palladium Crowley

I loved it here at Palladium Crowley, Rhonda the manager is great she very professional, polite and very knowledgeable. Palladium Crowley is in a quiet community. The grounds are very well maintained. They have a gym, computer room, a playroom for kids, nice pool. Rhonda and her staff are friendly and responsive.These are some beautiful apartments.

I've lived here for a better part of three years now. The new management team has certainly come along way! Sticking to the book, working with the tenants, and communication is a good quality they possess! Ronda is a nice lady, great with the kids, and able to communicate with any issue that presents itself. The property itself is also looking better each day!

When I first moved in 9/2/22 the staff Alexis & Markkis were great as well as maintenance, as time went on management changed and maintenance.. they were OK but I didnt get that same warm feeling as with Alexis & Markkis.. after a couple of months management changed once again, I gave the office personnel time to get to learn the property as well as the tenants.. This was the biggest mistake cooperate could have done was hiring the ladies thats in the office now & the maintenance men are horrible.. they are very unprofessional and to say the least very rude, my experience with the staff isnt very pleasant as to why Im happy they made the decision to not renew my lease.. be very careful moving here.. although u cant judge a book by its cover jus know that snakes shed & its best to keep your distance
