Every single time you have to let the people upfront who the patient is, give theyre ins dob , etc etc. In this new technological era you might think it should be on file. The front staff is just on their phones doing god knows what. God forbid they are put to actually work . And their attitude is as bad as their weight, guessing 300 pounds or more. For a professional environment where a dr is supposed to check u the customer care is very poor. Not only the attitude theyre breath Jesus dont they make enough to see a dentist and get a gym membership. No Im not body shaming . Please have a meeting and tell the front desk to realize that thanks to the patients they get paid.

It was a good experience the staff was friendly,member and price is competitive.unless I find something cheaper this will remain my health care provider to go to.
