Not only was the first phone call answered and details were provided, but same day service was offered. They arrived on time, providing a full inspection as well as taking time to explain the issues in full detail, along with various options. A formal bid was emailed that included full detail of what is in need of repair/replacement. I received a text message to ensure the emailed bid was received as well. Hey, I just want to do a quick shout out for Charles and his business ACD Irrigation. He has helped us twice now in our emergency situations when we had to shut the water off due to broken pvc lines. He was always dependable in his time frames and in fixing the problem. He is a very professional and nice guy who does excellent quality work. Hes the guy they call to fix repair jobs of less experienced techs. Its hard to find good people like this in this world. Its saddens me to hear about some of the crazy people hes run into like the ones who refuse to pay after he does services. How terrible is that specially when its done to such a nice guy. Unfortunately, this world has a lot of insane people who can lie and steal and not blink an eye. I believe God is on his side and God will continue to help him grow and prosper because once a person choses him for services, they become customers for life. Business owners like that who provide excellent services you dont ever let go. I just wish other businesses had owners with just as much outstanding character as this guy has. Charlie was great! So happy I found him. Took care of all the things I needed to get done. He took the time to carefully go ever everything with me when he had finished. Cant recommend him enough!
