        Just bought new speed queen laundry set today when installing they put a good rip in my linoleum floor now doing 1st load in new dryer and will not heat up clothes still wet after an hour running!!!!! Im beyond pissed I will be calling first thing in the morning for new delivery of appliances for Friday morning as out of town tomorrow

        Tried to contact him several times no answer about his previous job that he done on my home found air filter placed in incorrectly. Had to call another air-conditioning company to come out because he would not answer a call or get a call back after another company coming out to My unit found out that thermostat was wired incorrectly, previously by hood air, and the emergency Contactor wires crossed by hood air!!

        We used Hood Service to do wiring in a building and install an A/C system (New) we had previously purchased. At approximately 9 months the A/C system quit working (refrigeration lines were loose) and we have electrical shorts in the wiring and it keeps blowing breakers. I called to get help but could not ever get a call back. I had to hire another contractor to come in and fix the poor quality work.

        So happy that Hood came out to clean our ducts!! Ive had a cough since buying this home; the ducts were dirty as well as all the vents. Plus, they discovered mold in the living room ventsthank you so much cause I knew something was not right. They also fixed the reason why the vents in back of our home were not functioning:) The crew that came was so kind/professional as well very efficient in everything they did! Also the staff Caroline and Tara are very pleasant to speak with. Thank you for doing excellent work on our ac unit!

      We do apologize for the inconvenience and we do understand other companies are out to make us look bad and will say anything or make believe anything to earn your business. Have a great day . Your unit was heating the day we left , have a nice day . There are only two wires to wire up on a contractor besides the high voltage . I can make the thermostat wire to do whatever I want to do so I can make it look another company doesn’t know his or her job . If it was wired up wrong it wouldn’t have never worked for the word go . Think about that for a minute. Tell your new ac guy I said come again with a new one . Mustbe afraid of HOOD

      Thanks John! You rigged your house up and wanted us to save you and we didn’t won’t to comeback I believe we made that clear when we went the first time. I believe you stated to me that you couldn’t get any company out there to come finish the work you started,all this stem from two years ago, and I do remember you calling this summer and I told the office I wasn’t interested in doing anymore work for you, because you like to do things yourself. So basically your saying your mini split spring a leak and you called another company like you did us and said hey can you finish this up or can you do this and that. Oh ok! WE DONT DO BAD BUSINESS.
