Republic Services of Corsicana

We started the service with them in January and weve already had six missed pick ups. I dont understand where the mixup is why they say they have us on the schedule and theyre always missing our pick up. Ive called several times And the issue is still not resolved. We are almost in April and last week they didnt pick up our trash and this week they didnt pick up our trash either. I shouldnt have to be calling and asking them to come pick up our trash the next day. It should already be set in the schedule. Please fix this issue.

Awful had to fight daily even though I had a two-year contract with them you know locked in for 2 years prices changed I had them for 4 years prices changed I was paying 89.00 a month by the end of the 1st year it went to 193.00 then middle of it it went up again 215.00 then when I moved ending price 278.00 told me it was gas prices also made me feel they didnt want me to have the trash service so I moved gave them back there dumpster. I am back in the area dont thing I would ever use the service again its been 5 years since I use them hopefully they have a better service but I doubt it

Would give zero stars if I could. 2nd Monday in a row they have tried to remove my trash can while I am forced to pay for the service for the rest of the month (November). I have an email sent from Republic stating I have cancelled and will return the can myself to the Corsicana office after November 30th. I refuse to pay $25.00 for them to pick it up since gas to get there will be about $5. I have spent multiple hours on the phone with this company's so called customer service and billing department. Same story different day. They are sorry for the inconvenience...yada yada yada. Republic service has continued to harass me via phone calls and by sending a truck to pick up my can 2 weeks in a row. If I had not been home they would have taken it while I AM STILL PAYING FOR IT! By the way, they raised their rates almost $50 without prior notice. Horrible way to do business.
