The nurse Kristen Borco is very rude, with no empathy whatsoever and makes you feel like you are stupid. You try to explain a symptom from a secondary effect of the medication that was prescribed to me, and all she says is that she's never heard of that happening from that medication and that I've must of done something else to cause it. I truly do not understand how she is even working in this field if the number one thing as a medical professional should be "EMPATHY". I am very disappointed in the service that she provided, if you can call it that. If she doesn't like her job, she should quit and not mistreat others just because she is unhappy with herself. I will be filing a complaint to the Texas Board Of Nursing as it was a very unpleasant experience for me. The 1 star was given only because I couldn't rate any lower, and it is only for her and not the establishment.

I called and asked to apply to womens Medicare and she said they do it there in person, but right away the lady was rude about it as well. She told me that I had to come in and when I arrived I just ended up wasting time and gas and told me that it was a different building. They should be more clear about how they do things there. Even a friend recommended me to clinic that they can help you apply.
