        Ciro and his crew were amazing! They were very professional, prompt, and clean! The windows are so nice and really make our house look so beautiful! I would definitely recommend Window World!         It appears that when the window were installed it was a pretty poor/sloppy install and that the jamb (frame) is getting pulled out of square by the myriad of screws that run through the sides of the jamb into the wood framing of the wall. I called they denied service because we did not know to transfer a warranty within 30 days! Poor poor customer service. They have since called me and made a deal to help me get my windows fixed! This is customer service. Had a nice talk and they explained how windows are different in Corpus due to storm rating. They will be out next month to fix my two windows! Thank you Window World for working with me in getting this issue resolved.
