I bought 7 different colored scrubs from here. Ms. Natalie was the best in her service. She was very knowledgeable and up to date with respect to fashion. I will rate this place 10/10. Thanks Dr. Shah

Horrible customer service! Sylvia the manager was very rude and unprofessional. Treated me and my family as an inconvenience and a problem rather than guest. Please do not shop at this establishment.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. I bought over $200 worth of scrubs to be treated so rudely. One of the pants I purchased did not fit properly so I called ahead and spoke to a lady who said I could come in and get a replacement and that everything would be fine. The next day I went and Juan (one of the employees) was BEYOND rude and unprofessional. He continued to give attitude when talking to me and acted like I was a bother to him. And apparently upon inspection of the pants there was a snag. After explaining that it couldnt have been from me because I didnt even wear the pants, only tried them on, they refused to help me. I am beyond upset as now I basically wasted $80 on a scrub set that doesnt fit. Again, DO NOT shop here!!

The absolute worst place to ever go to. My daughter went in to get pricing and to try on scrubs as she is not aware what size she wears in scrubs as she is a new nursing student. The manager Sylvia was so very rude, bad mannerism and refused to assist my daughter and told her that if she wasnt going to make a purchase she couldnt try them on but yet there was one other nursing student in the fitting room trying on scrubs. Sylvia preceded to try and sell my daughter scrubs that were not approved by Del Mar college nursing. My daughter tried to show Sylvia the email she had received showing the approved scrubs but refused to see the email after awhile she saw the email but yet refused to allow my daughter to try on the scrubs. She continued to tell my daughter that its hard for small business like them and didnt have time to let her try the scrubs on. She went on to state that it was better to purchase from her than online. She had even refused to provide pricing and asking my daughter who was it for and what organization. My daughter explained the pricing was for her personal to know what she was needing to pay out of pocket. Finally my daughter told her can you please just provide me the price and we left this place. Del Mar needs to choose another scrub place for these nurses who work so hard in their education as they Do not deserve to be treated the way Sylvia treated my daughter. If she is a manager there owner needs to replace her with a more professionalism, well mannered and know how to have respectable customer service. I would highly recommend dont waste your time in this place go to Alameda medical supply. They were awesome and earned our business. They cared about how much of a happy moment this was for my daughter and her family. Scrubs R Us you are horrible and I will NEVER give you my business!! You dont even deserve a 1 star
