Theres a pretty ugly fence by the waterfront that serves no logical purpose. Sad I didnt see any pictures depicting that to save me the trip. Facilities were not the worst though and secluded area is pretty neat.

It is okay for kids to play and dogs to run around. There is a playground area with a tarp over it and a padded floor. The basketball court needs renovations. A picnic table is available, by the water, but not tarp, pergola, or gazebo is available for shade or to block rain. There is a concrete area by the water that is fenced off and has big holes and cracks. Doggie bags are available to clean up after your dog while walking them. The grass is not well maintained. Benches with covers need replacing. The sidewalk that wraps around the park is not even and has cracks. It is too bad that the city council or county officials dont care for the parks. Playground: Playground is available. Also a fenced backstop is available to practice pitching, or kickball. Restrooms: No restrooms. Dog-friendliness: Dogs are welcomed , so long as they are leashed or using a harness. Doggie clean bags are available. Picnic area: Picnic table is available, but no gazebo or pergola is available to block out the sun, or rain.

I am new to the area and wanted to explore closer and possible good spots to fish near me. It has a play area for children and a baseball diamond with lots of field area. Not the best spot for fishing however, it can be a good spot to walk and enjoy a sunrise or sunset Playground: A big new structure for children to play on and enjoy. It has a covered canopy Dog-friendliness: Wide-area for dog walking Picnic area: Small picnic area that is covered

Lovely place for a walk, an evening stroll or just to bring kids to play on the playground.
