AT&T is engaging in highly deceptive practices relating to its internet service in Corpus Christi. Their service will interrupt at every 30 minute interval during peak hours for approximately 2-3 minutes each time. This is being caused by overloaded equipment at their main distribution boxes within the neighborhood. Their customer support will work tirelessly to create distractions and diversions, and they will deny this is happening at all costs. They are selling capacity that they do not have. They will lie to you as a matter of course. Their typical tactics are to question if there are frayed wires or loose connections when this is obviously not the case. They will send technicians to your house to do nothing except shrug their shoulders. They have gone so far as to defeat their own broadband indicator light so that it will stay illuminated even while the service drops out. Extremely dishonest and deceptive people. They have no shame or morality.
