They were so helpful. It took a little while to get an appt. But they referred me to other resources in the mean time. I was without work for 3 months due to an illness and they really helped me out. Definitely recommend if you're having hard times paying your bills. I believe they only help once a year though.

I was told that we are in August but they aren't scheduling until October. That's after she couldn't do math correctly and had my income wrong and then had the months of recovery incorrect also. I was $10 over the income limit and couldn't even make a future appointment. No assistance given at this time.

If I can give it no stars I would. They ladies were so rude and judgmental. I will call and complain. They told they were rude but this is not professional at all they are ugly hearted people. Last place anyone should go for help. I can almost guarantee they wont help.
