DO NOT use this contractor! Was given an estimate of $40,750 for sliding doors and windows in March 2022- gave contractor $20,750 check he cashed immediately. Fast forward Jan 2024- half of a refund and no product. We are out $10,700. Owner is full of excuses, could never show proof of order ever placed. Moving forward with lawsuit.

Was told I windows would take 2-3 wks to come in when I paid him over 10k/50% upfront. It has now been 3 mos, Ernest cant tell me when they will be in, doesn't follow up with me on the status, always says he will check and then never responds.

I had 10 windows replaced in 2021. Do not pay this company until the work is done and you receive the windstorm certificate. Its been over 14 months and the owner avoids phone calls and text messages to complete the job and obtain a wpi8 certificate.
