Julie is the go to realtor for getting your property sold around the Corpus Christi area. My wife and I initially had a so called highly recommended realtor from Coldwell Banker who only showed the house one time in 5 months! We contacted Julie who was recommended by an acquaintance and the house was shown by Julie so many times that I have lost count! They property was under contract within one and a half months once Julie took control!! I cannot say enough good things about her and her hard working ethics that got the job done! Yes, she charges 6%, but you get what you pay for and Julie was worth every dime! Dont play around with lower rate lazy realtors, demand Julie and get it done right!
