Absolutely love this studio. Everybody that Ive met through Bayside has been so kind and welcoming. The instructors offer a wide variety between class levels and what you do from class to class. Its so easy to find a time to pop in that fits with my schedule. Cannot recommend this studio enough!

If youre considering Pilates this is the place you need to be at! I was a bit intimidated at first but the instructors are amazing here. They are all so nice and helpful. They will definitely challenge you. Which is what I love!! They have definitely taken me out of my comfort zone and I am so grateful to them all. This is one fitness class Im so glad I decided to try. Trust me take one class and you will be hooked!!!

Bayside is the best! I always hated working out until I found this studio. I have been coming to the studio consistently for a year now and I feel stronger. Everyone at the studio is so nice and welcoming!

I enjoy Heathers power Pilates every Saturday!! I am 7 months pregnant, and Heather always provides me accommodations and extra attention!! Instructors here always make classes challenging and enjoyable at the same time.
