Truth be told, this park isn't that great. But the only reason it isn't that great is because of vandalism and a general disregard for public property. The area around looks like your average neighborhood so I was a bit surprised to find evidence of someone spending the night on the picnic bench. I looked around the playground first before allowing my son to play on it. There wasn't anything dangerous, it was relatively clean other than a lost lunch bag and a couple of empty water bottles. I had driven around to three different parks before this one looking for something in the area for my son to play. They all were just basketball courts and very tall unmanaged grass. This park actually had the grass mowed recently. It is a good park for these reasons: Decent playground with canopy, toddler and regular sturdy swing set, softball area, space for soccer, dog walking, a once cute pergola with picnic table and a smooth surface large basketball concrete slab. There are a few cracks, but it looks like it would be safe to rollerblade on here as well. Obvious things, graffiti should be washed off, the playground matt repaired, pergola repaired and add in a couple more picnic tables and this is a really solid park these people have here. Playground: Graffitied but in relatively good shape. The graffiti isn't really profane. Really neat rock climbing feature. There are several car steering wheels for kids to pretend to drive which is cute. Picnic area: There is one picnic bench that appears someone is living on.
