Poor customer service by office staff. Poor communication and not patient centric.

I dislike their CHEMO department and especially DR.Yvonne Manalo. Now I understand why their staff are incompetent,unprofessional and dont have no compassion for CANCER patients because it starts from her. She basically let me go because they had a problem with me letting know how I felt and how they were supposed to treat a CANCER patient with the outmost respect and if they cant try going out your way to do so. I dont recommend this office for no one Dr. Manalo never wants to help the patients and understand them. Please dont go the it will be a waist of you time and you will be more confuse than ever!

I'm only rating Dr Manalos practice 1 star because of whoever is over the answering system. When you're going through chemo and you have an issue, you expect someone to get back in touch with you in a reasonable time. Too many times during my course of treatment have I just been ignored. Folks, chemo makes you sick. They do give you meds to try to help, but when you run out you're screwed until someone calls you back. Today is Saturday and I have been calling since Wednesday and not one person has returned my call or refilled my meds. This is the 2nd time it has happened. I'm sick to death and having to consider going to the ER just for anti nausea meds and some fluids for dehydration. I do not recommend this Dr. Find another practice that has a more reliable team. This practice only utilizes a leave a message style of contact and we will contact you at our earliest convenience or not at all. That's not what you need when you have cancer and going through chemo.
