I spoke to Rita over the phone and explained to her that we would be needing to make a late payment and would be willing to pay the late fee. She said we needed to pay the full amount by tomorrow because she could not let it go into a new month. Even though it has not been 30 days, she said they would report it to the bureaus. That's awful and ridiculous. We did renew the loan back in October. No loan agency should report to the bureaus if it has not been 30 days. We do not recommend this loan place. We will definitely remember this if we ever need to take out another loan. We always pay our loans off. Even if we pay late occasionally, we pay our late fees. This is not normal business practice. I looked through the comments and did call the customer relations department to make a complaint. I am waiting for a supervisor to call me back and can update once I am assisted.
