        In my 23 years of being a parent I have never had such a poor experience with a facility or its providers like I experienced here - Even to obtain an appointment you have to call at exactly 8 am for a 2 week spot ? - for new patients you are advised ti arrive 30 min early never telling you its mandatory or they wont see you after waiting a month to get an appointment? Never did they even offer or try to reschedule or find you an appointment? Sorry you do it we advised you call back again tomorrow at 8 am thank you bye bye ??? Horrible Im so glad my insurance finding me another provider

        Staff are extremely rude. Doctors don't follow up from the previous doctor seen especially if labs or other tests were ordered. It can take forever to get an appointment because they won't hire others to help answer the phone. If you even mention that you've been trying to call for an appointment but nobody will answer the phone the staff get very defensive. This is the only medical office I ever been to that stresses me out so bad that I dread it. I wish more clinics took my insurance because then I could change providers.
