        Went to see the U.S.S. Lexington this weekend this hotel is there at the ship. Had a wonderful stay 0 complaints 5stars all the way.

        What a charming place to stay. When I say "right on the beach" that's exactly what I mean. Mere steps from the beach. It has a very "bed & breakfast" feel about it. The owner escorts you to your room (there are only about a dozen rooms) and she is a joy to be around. Friendly, welcoming environment. It's more like coming home than going to a hotel. The rooms are cozy (we were in the Lilac Room - yes, the rooms have names, not numbers) and our bed was really comfortable. We will be back as soon as we can.
