10/10!! Baffles me to see a bad review BUT I have been going to f45 for about a year and a half now and it is LIFE CHANGING. I genuinely love not just F45 but F45 CORPUS CHRISTI. From the rubber bands in the restroom to every coach saying hello, goodbye, adjusting my form when needed & pushing me to go harder. It is the absolute BEST. Not easy but the BEST. Clean, always a killer playlist & ALWAYS a great workout. Thank you so much to the Garzas for bringing f45 to Corpus Christi its exactly what we needed!

If I couldve give 0/5 stars I wouldve. You can tell place is not run well, coaches are never prepared for class. Theres one coach in specific (whose name rhymes with Mia) who acts inappropriate in front of members and is mixing business with pleasure. Definitely not a gym I would recommend for multiple reasons, especially if you want to be talked about as soon as you leave the building.
