Don't work here, you will make 9$ a hr for life. You cannot set goals or have a future. Because there is no moving up. The people are nice and so is the granite but things need to change at this company big time. I don't know anyone in this world that can make a living on 9$ a hour and support a family.

I went to Superior Granite today. I had a sales man show me around. He did not introduce himself so I can't tell you his name. Strike one. He showed me what I was asking to see. One of the slabs was covered in a layer of dirt and I commented thay I would like to see the true color since it was dirty. The salesman didn't react. Then I had to specifically ask if he could clean it so I could see. He did. Strike two. He proceeded to write down the SKU # of what I narrowed it down to. I asked what the price difference was between the different slabs to try to help narrow down my selection. He said he couldn't tell me. I needed my contractor to get a price out of them. Strike 3. So to be clear, don't go unless you have a contractor who can cut the slab and install it. They do not cut your slab for you. They do not sell your slab to you, they will only work with a contractor. Waste of a trip, waste of time. I went to home depot instead and got an actual price for what I was after. Imagine that...see something and know its price! They may have great prices, I'll never know. Save yourself the frustration look else where if you haven't already negotiated an install price before hand with someone who cuts and installs countertops. It gave the impression that the store and your contractor can scam you out of the best price. How do I know that they don't give the contractor a good deal and my contractor gives a different number. Too much secrecy for me.
