City of Corpus Christi Gas Department

$100 deposit for water and $100 deposit for gas... That is insane. My first bill comes up to $342.37. They have lost their complete and utter mind to charge someone over $300 for water, gas, and sewage. The unethical practices of this place is duly noted. Corpus Christi is really showing their true colors.

Over the years I've had to call the gas division on a few occasions, and have always been very satisfied with their quick and efficient service. Today was no exception. I had been smelling gas for over a week in our area, and knew it was near by, but not us. I called this morning, and Juan was sent out. He took his time, was friendly, thorough, and tenacious. Since he had to go hunting up and down our street's alley, it took him a little time to find the leak, but he did it, fixed it, and now we are much safer because of his attentiveness and hard work. Thank you, Juan!

A utility truck nudged my gas meter and caused a leak. The gas company came out in less than an hour (after hours), and tightened it up and checked for additional leaks on the spot. Thanks Mr. Fabian!
